A Project Partnership between Eastern Access Community Health and The Shire of Yarra Ranges

Rivendell is a program of Eastern Access Community Health (EACH), offering a psychiatric disability rehabilitation service in Healesville, Victoria. Rivendell’s mental health consumers and staff initiated this project, to promote good mental health in the wider community.
